Cleaned Oven dried Ponmo Ijebu
Grated fresh pepper and onions
Method of Preparation
Soak the Oven dried Ponmo Ijebu for about 18hours in lukewarm or cold water till tender with or without salt. Cut into sizes of your choice.
Set on fire a large pot, fry your onions a little and then pour the grated pepper and onions, add the seasonings, add the Ponmo into it and allow to cook very well. Stir at intervals and then it’s all ready to be served.
