Dry fish or any desired fish

Fresh tomatoes

Vegetable ( scent leaf)

Bell pepper

Farmer’s porridge
  1. Peel the yam, sweet potatoes, ripe plantain and the sweet potatoes
  2. Cut it into chunk ( medium size) , wash and set aside
  3. Grind the bell pepper, onion and the fresh tomato and set aside also
  4. Wash the vegetable with salt and keep aside
  5. In a big pot, add the chunky dives yam and potatoes then allow it to boil for some minutes. Add the chunky diced plantain allow to boil.
  6. Mash some yam, potatoes and leave some chunks or do not mash.
  7. Add palm oil and the grinder pepper and stock. Add seasoning allow to boil. Add fish, add chopped scent leaf allow to simmer and serve hot.
