Soak your dry fish and stock fish in hot water and little salt. Cook your shaki till its almost done,
Add your already washed beef to the pot and add knorr seasoning.
Add your yellow pepper, crayfish,dry and stock fish and Ogiri.. cook for about 8 minutes then add your cocoyam or achi and palm oil.Cook till all the cocoyam have dissolved.
Add some more water if it’s too thick..Wash and cut your uziza leaves and add to it.
Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Add your Oha leaves and cook for 5 minutes. Taste for salt and stir. Soup is ready!
Serve with your choice of swallow. 😋
