sea food and vegetable basmati rice
  1. wash and julienne green pepper and set aside
  2. peel onions and chop.set aside
  3. wash and cut scotch bonnet .
  4. put a pot on fire with water to cook basmati rice
  5. wash the basmati rice thoroughly.pour into pot once water starts boiling
  6. cook basmati rice until tender enough to eat.depending on the type you are using.
  7. meanwhile in a sauce pan add oil of your choice i use vegetable oil
  8. while its sizzling cook your shrimps for about 2 minutes depending on there size
  9. take out the shrimps then add the chopped onions and a littke chopped garlic and ginger(optional)
  10. add the scotch bonnet and seasoning and salt
  11. teturn the shrimps.stir and pour mixture into the basmati
  12. stir and cover pot with lid and allow to simmer for a minute or two
  13. serve with any sauce of choice.
