Sea food stewed okro

Sea food okro is nutrition filled,ranging from calcium to protein.Every scoop promises a nutrient your body is craving for.

  1. Wash seafood thoroughly
  2. Blend pepper roughtly with onions
  3. Grate or chop okro
  4. Wash pot and place on the cooker
  5. Pour palm oil and allow to melt not bleach
  6. Pour pepper and season
  7. Allow to cook for about 5min
  8. Pour seafood and reduce heat(overcooking affects the taste of seafoods)
  9. Leavs for about 5min and pour okro
  10. Taste and adjust seasoning and salt
  11. Turn off heat and allow to simmer.
  12. Crunchy okro tastes better
