steamed cous cous and snail sauce
  1. wash snails thoroughly with lime and salt
  2. cut the snails in 4 and cook till tender
  3. set aside and put a sauce pan on heat
  4. add oil let it sizzle for some seconds add onion garlic and ginger
  5. stir and allow to sizzle for few seconds
  6. add tattashe and rodo
  7. add salt and stock cubes stir and fry for about 3 minutes
  8. stir in the snails add water and cover lid
  9. reduce heat and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes
  10. meanwhile put water on fire for cous cous
  11. pour the cous cous in a bowl
  12. get a small pan add oil and fry onions and green pepper for about q minute or 2
  13. pour boiling water over cous cous and cover tight for about 2 minutes
  14. open cous cous add a little salt and pour the oil green pepper and onions
  15. stir thoroughly and serve with sauce
